Reproduction is inherently asymmetrical. Females get pregnant. Males don't. Females cannot cut and run from successful reproduction. Males can. Because overturning Roe would amplify female responsibility for reproductive consequences relative to males, we would have to employ additional safeguards to ensure that the male's sense of risk and investment in sexual congress is equivalent to the female's. Therefore, if we yoke female reproduction to law, we must also yoke male reproduction to law, to achieve equal treatment. Overturning Roe should be accompanied by new legislation to achieve greater equivalence between males and females for the biological consequences of reproduction. A few suggestions:
- Males must submit DNA samples prior to puberty (paternity identification).
- Males must be implanted with RF tracking devices in any vital, non-regenerating internal organ of their choice (deadbeat tracking system).
- Requests for sexual congress must include:(a) Job documentation, (b) Salary stubs, (c) Letters of intent and parenting philosophy, (d) Family history,(e) Drug testing, and (f) References.
- 24-h waiting period. No "randy" sex.
- Parental notification for minors.
