The First Diary on Kos 3.0

I've got mixed feelings about the new site.  The old Kos is the only Kos I've ever known, but I do enjoy the new large fount.  As long as the great dialog and reporting that goes on here continues, I'm sure I will be able to adjust to the site's new looks.

You can use the rest of this diary as an open thread.

•  Diaries column on front page a little out of line

  It needs adjusting on the left margin. It's cutting off the first letter or two on IE.

  Other than that, so far, so good.

      It looks correct if you have the latest firefox. Looks all straight now for me.

      I had my old IE opened because I've had to use it lately on a blog with a bugged input window.

        I'm running the latest versions on both my PC and my Mac, but I believe the bug has been fixed. No more problems on either. Happy times for all.

  If this community respects and challenges each other as much in the new version as in the old then nothing but great days are ahead. I wasn't here for the pre-Scoop Daily Kos but each adjustment has brought growing pains and ultimately a larger audience for the ideas presented by this community. That's all good.

  I'd better get in on it.  This new design is crazy loud!  And orange!  And maybe it's the stars, but does the new look seem slightly militaristic in design too?  Are we the new, tougher dKos?  Is the site design meant to compliment the front page's focus on Iraq?  And did Dean not rock on Jon Stewart tonight?
