Two Ohio Officials Indicted for 2004 Election Irregularities!

"Two Cuyahoga County elections officials were indicted Tuesday on charges of not handling ballots correctly during the recount of the 2004 presidential election, the (registration-restricted) Plain Dealer reports Wednesday."

"Kathleen Dreamer, manager of the board's ballot department, and the assistant manager, Rosie Grier, were each charged with six counts of failing to follow Ohio laws that spell out how ballots are selected and reviewed during a recount.

The most serious charges carry a maximum of 18 months."

The article goes on to say that these are "procedural irregularities," not fraud.

However, this is a good sign.  It makes the necessity of getting back Congress in 2006 even more urgent.  We need a Congress that is willing to go back over every dirty trick this band of thugs (the Bushco Cabal) ever pulled - back all the way to the 2000 election if necessary!!! They've got to be willing to go back, uncover the rocks, and MAKE THESE THUGS PAY for their crimes against America.

      bargain agreement, and on and on up the chain of command.

      Charges associated with election fraud/rigging should, imo, carry the maximum penalties and fines. Sending a clear signal that there will be no tolerance for voter fraud.

    I am hoping (glass half-full person hence my tag name!) that this will be the beginning of a peek under the rock that was the 2004 election rip-off.

    Yes, I admit, I DO believe Kerry won.  By a nose, if he did, but it was way too close and nothing adds up, especially in Ohio.

We know strange shit went down on election day in Ohio I am glad someone is shinning the light on it, if we don't hold people accountable for this stuff they will keep doing it forever. I hope they all receive the max and that Blackwell goes down with them.
