Email Strategy [Suggestion]

Example:
If I'm mailing from home I may leave out my title and phone number
I often will fill the last line with an informative message if I don't necessarily want to mass mail the entire company or my entire mailing list.
If I lived in Ohio or had any friends or family there I would have temporarily changed my signature to this.
I think this sig attached to a normal email is an effective way of reminding folks about a particular event without them deleting it as spam. This is how that sig might look in a normal email.

If you are using Microsoft Outlook you can add or change your signature in the tools menu under options under the mail format tab. In the Mozilla Thunderbird client, go to Tools and down to account settings. You can check the box for "use this signature" and create a signature there. In Outlook Express its Tools-> Options-> Signatures.
