I tried to avoid cluttering the diary list by posing my question in an open thread. Response was zero, so here goes, although this probably doesn't merit a diary.
The Virginia Department of Education school assessment program floats on and is driven by fraudulent statistics. The fraud and hypocrisy have been displayed publicly on "school report card" pages hosted at the VDoE website. These pages were taken down sometime in the past few weeks. I suspect the pages are being scrubbed and polished because of a controversy involving Maury Elementary in Alexandria, and I think the pages will reappear eventually, but I'm not sure of this.
If the "school report card" pages reappear, I would like to compare pre-disappearance statistics to the new numbers. Can one of you web wizards help me determine when the "school report card" pages were taken down, and how to access the old numbers? I have vague memories of mentions of web track-back and archive facilities, but retain no useful details.
