BusinessWeek:
Howard Dean's Presidential ambitions are poised to get a major lift on Nov. 6 when the AFL-CIO's largest union, the 1.3 million member Service Employees International Union, is set to endorse him.
Earlier today:
In a rare alliance, strategists for John Edwards, Dick Gephardt and John Kerry discussed whether they could stop the Service Employees International Union from endorsing fellow Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean.
[...]
"No matter how much people might disdain their tactics of working together on this, it does point out how important this endorsement will be," said Dean campaign manager Joe Trippi.
Tonight, in an email from the campaign:
Last week [...] two major unions [...] voted to endorse Howard Dean. [...] On Thursday, you will receive from Governor Dean the most important email of this campaign.
To review, there will be an "important email" on Nov. 6 about an "important endorsement" that "will" happen on "Nov. 6," so Deansters, be sure to check your inboxes Thursday.
