This will be part 4, and the final part, of my trip on the Sullivan Tina-train.
I knew that he was going to have to find a way to inch back to Bush. That's where he gets his money, and that's where his true gimmick (being a gay "libertarian" who anguishes over how he hates the Democrats but why are Republicans so mean to him). And I knew that he was building up to something with the Kerry speech.
He didn't like the speech. He said that it was a good convention and a bad candidate. The wrong man and the right message. The speech was far too "liberal", and he thought Kerry was a pompous jerk after it was all over. He says Kerry will get no bounce. He closes by telling us that Bush is "the luckiest man alive".
So, once again Sullivan reminds us that he has sold his soul, sold his entire community, to George Bush. He reminds us that he will lapse into orgasmic bliss when Bush stuffs his brain down his pants and says we'z gonna be killin' us dose terrorists.
And he reminds me that I will never, ever be reading his website again.
