Contrary to the belief of many, if Roe v. Wade is overturned (I hope it isn't, but if Scalito is confirmed....) abortion will NOT suddenly be illegal nation-wide with the only choice being to traval overseas.
NARAL made up a really good chart to demonstrate which 32 states still have abortion laws on the books, laws that could become enforcable again if Roe v. Wade is overturned.

As you can see, there are some regional anomolies in the way of "Red states v. blue states." For example, Texas and Kansas have no abortion laws, while Vermont and Massachusetts do. We need to wage a state-level fight in each state that still has a abortion law on record! If we want to preserve the right to choose, we must wage a battle in all 50 states (I am assuming that some states where the right to choose will try to repeal their right.)
