So you get nervous when you see John McCain whomping Hillary's butt in 2008 Presidential Polls? Well, apparently the hard righties don't see McCain as much of an alternative to the honorable Senator from NY.
Here, from the "Rightwingnews.com" are the results of a push poll done via email with a couple hundred "Republic" bloggers. Turns out the Reds don't care any more for "Mr. Congeniality" than Pat Robertson does:
Most Desired Nominee For 2008
- George Pataki (5.5)
- Mike Huckabee (5.5)
- Sam Brownback (5.5)
- Bill Frist (6.0)
- Bob Ehrlich (7.5)
- Tim Pawlenty (10.5)
- Haley Barbour (10.5)
- John McCain (13.0)
- Mark Sanford (13.5)
- Jeb Bush (19.0)
- Tom Tancredo (19.5)
- Mitt Romney (24.5)
- Dick Cheney (26.0)
- Newt Gingrich (32.0)
- George Allen (42.0)

- Condoleeza Rice (65.5)
Least Desired Nominee For 2008
- Rick Santorum (6.5)
- Tom Tancredo (7.5)
- Tom DeLay (7.5)
- Condoleeza Rice (8.5)
- Tom Ridge (15.0)
- Newt Gingrich (15.5)
- Mitt Romney (16.5)
- Rudy Giuliani (17.0)
- Dick Cheney (20.5)
- Jeb Bush (22.0)
- George Pataki (33.0)
- Bill Frist (43.5)
- Chuck Hagel (55.5)
- John McCain (74.5)
Wow, Chuck Hagel is more acceptable to the far-fascists! Yeah, this is a poll of nutjob/idiots with genetic problems but those are the hardcore activists, money scroungers and door knockers of the Republic Party. I'd take my chances with Hillary (or anyone for that matter) over Bill Frist anyday. As for Condi, well, she knows better than to expect Billy Bob to vote for a Nubian Princess. McCain frankly may not chose to fight this battle by erection time.
