Right now, only two seats are officially uncontested (TX-11 and MS-03), but in general, we're running very well.
Here's the list of states with deadlines in the 30 days (from March 2nd to April 1st).
Oregon - 3/7
Pennsylvania - 3/7
California - 3/10
Maine - 3/15
Idaho - 3/17
Iowa - 3/17
Utah - 3/17
Montana - 3/23
Missouri - 3/28
South Carolina - 3/30
Amongst those states, 9 seats are on my "Uncontested list", and several more are on the 'doubtful' list.
I'll go over that list, and the overall list under the fold
The list goes as follows
Uncontested-
John Peterson (PA-05)
Devin Nunes (CA-21)
Ken Calvert (CA-44)
Tom Latham (IA-04)
Chris Cannon (UT-03)
Roy Blunt (MO-07)
Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08)
Joe Wilsom (SC-02)
Bob Inglis (SC-04)
Doubtful (semi-cribbed from the Bowers list)-
Bill Shuster (PA-09)
Bill Thomas (CA-22)
Gary Miller (CA-42)
Rob Bishop (UT-01)
Here's the requirements, from what i've found so far-
Pennsylvania
Filing Deadline: March 7th, 2006
Filing Requirements: $150 and 1000 signatures (Source)
Yeah. I'm going to imagine that if anybody is planning to run, they're actually working at it right now.
But Pennsylvania does have a list of candidates. While it appears that the state hasn't mastered the whole "organizating a pdf" thing. I'm guessing that the Democrats listed in the 9th are legit.
California
Filing Deadline: March 10th, 2006
Filing Requirements: $1621 or 3000 signatures (submitted by February 23rd, 2006)
California has a slightly more coherant listing system. Granted, it would be nifty if they updated it today.
Iowa
Filing Deadline: March 17th, 2006
Filing Requirements: 1484 signatures in a manner detailed in the source link (Source)
Iowa has a list too. Granted, it's pretty sparse right now.
Utah
Filing Deadline: March 17th, 2006
Filing Requirements: $387 (Source)
Filing starts next Tuesday in Utah. Hopefully the fee is still $387.
Missouri
Filing Deadline: March 28th, 2006
Filing Requirements: $100 (Source)
You can keep up with the filing in Missouri on this page.
South Carolina
Filing Deadline: Noon on March 30th, 2006
Filing Requirements: $1621 (1% of the salary, Source)
Filing starts on the 16th in South Carolina.

The List of people who will get mentioned as unopposed will include Tom Petri (who apparently has an opponent named Vittorio Spadaro Sr.). Some others are destined to get mentioned too.
My policy on the DCCC listings is that I am more trusting of them if the candidate didn't run in 2004. The odds of somebody taking the time to open an FEC account and then not running are sorta narrow. It happens, but usually when somebody actually files with the FEC, that's a green light.
So, now's the time for the daily rumors/"Why isn't someone opposing [x]" comments thread.
And a diary on some of the requirements to run in other states is here. Make sure to consult your local election board, or somebody else, before advancing too far.
