All females crossing state boundaries will undergo pregnancy testing at government clinics, regardless of the mode of travel. Permanently marked females (see above) are excused from such testing. Any unborn citizen conveyed across state boundaries becomes the inventoried property of the Federal Government. Mandatory monthly examinations at Federal clinics will ensure the well-being of the innocent, unborn citizen.
This act applies to all females. Age is no shield for compliance.
Any effort to retain legal representation to avoid prosecution and penalties under this Act is an implicit admission of guilt. Penalties will be immediately and summarily administered.
Penalties
Pregnancy after abortion – the original abortion (without irreversible sterilization) is deemed first degree murder. The female will be incarcerated and executed after giving birth to the innocent, unborn citizen.
Non-certified abortionists – guilty of first degree murder; mandatory execution.
