Kaloogian Picture...Just The Beginning... (0 / 0)
Although the Kaloogian picture debacle is important, the bigger picture here is amazing. Look at what "the people" have uncovered. People breaking down pictures meta-data, triangulating photos for locations. All of this in less than 48 hours. Although it may seem like a 'negative' analogy it is reminiscent of those killer beetles descending and eating people in "The Mummy" (Yes, I did just reference "the Mummy", but I can't help but think it is exactly the same. Equally 'bad' analogy: the cockroaches from the movie "Joe's Apartment") I have a feeling this is the true beginning of a new trend, one in which investigative reporters will not like, of bloggers picking apart every candidate (Thankfully right now it seems we have the edge) and completely changing political reporting as we know it. I'm sure other people have made this observation on previous items unearthed by bloggers, but the current atmosphere of FEC rulings, possible legislation, and MSM attention seems to present the perfect climate for this to become understood.
