A Nice Story about Same Sex Marriage (For a Change) told the story of love in a small, remote community. The Toronto Star has a CP Story by Bruce Cheadle today. I chuckled at the title and have quoted it above.
PMO gags MPs on gay Mounties
This week Stephen Harper's priorities are to criminalize street racing. (Law and order baby, Law and Order!) And try to keep his steet cred he's warned Conservative MP's not to comment on the same sex marriage of two RCMP constables.
He's concerned that they might " say something stupid". Harper's chief of staff has promised sanctions ranging from public humiliation to removal from cabinet.

Harper has memories of the last election when some Neanderthals kept him off topic and embarrassed. Randy White, since retired, was the cause of most problems because of his opposition to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. It is expected that outspoken members of the
Focus on the Family Canada including BC MPs Cindy Silver and Darrel Reid have been warned. Other loose cannons include Cheryl Gallant and Rob Anders.
