We've all seen it, the innapropriate laughing, "cutting up" as my mother would call it, the habit of giving nicknames to other people, the lack of seriousness at serious occasions. "The man just ain't right in the head," my Uncle Earl would say. More below the fold.
I'm not a psychologist and I don't play one on TV, but for a supposed sixty year old, George Bush comes off more as a small "boy king" than a grown up adult man. In serious situations he can't resist the impulse to josh people and make inapropriate jokes.
George Bush has attended some of the finest private schools in this country and is still a "child left behind." Here he is, sixty years of age, still unable to express a understandable, coherent thought in public.
But I'm not sure what mental age he's stuck at? I need your help. Certainly, being a "dry drunk" alcoholic and a cokehead has put him back mentally and emotionally a few years, but I can't quite put my finger on just what developmental stage he's at. So, the following poll question?
