This is a ticking time bomb. Along with the Supreme Court's decision on Gitmo, and the Democratic take back of Congress next November,
things are looking bleak for King George.

American Bar Association task force is set to suggest even stronger action. In a report to be released Monday,
the task force will recommend that Congress consider suing the president.
