I recently went looking for interesting podcasts and came across the Commonwealth Club of California. There I found a talk from our very own Markos Moulitsas Zúniga.
You can find the entire talk here:

More at the jump...
Having been a reader and lurker at dailykos.com for quite a while, I found it interesting to hear the man behind dailykos.com speaking about his background and his views on a variety of topics.
The most interesting part of the talk for me was from 11:53 to 16:25, where the questioner asked a question that read in part: "How did this come about - that suddenly liberals are championing the CIA? ... Do you find it strange or ironic - the sudden love for the CIA?
I found the question interesting because I did not know that "liberals are championing" the CIA and that there is "sudden love for the CIA"
I have to say that I found Markos's answer even more interesting in that he went on to state that in the course of his interviewing at the CIA for a job in in clandestine services, he got the impression that the CIA is a very liberal organization.
While I agree with most of what Markos said in his presentation, I was surprised that he called the CIA a liberal organization.
This all got me wondering what others at dailykos.com think about the CIA so I am offering a poll with same question:
