The infamous NSA wiretapping program was just ruled unconstitutional by a US district judge. The suit was brought by the ACLU on behalf of people who thought they might be being wiretapped. The judge rejected the 'state secrets' argument as well as the argument that the President has the inherent authority to conduct the wiretaps.
