Despite what televisa (te idiotiza) and tv azteca (te apendeja) might have you believe, not all of AMLO's sympathizers are maoist-marxist-leninist castro loving atheist chavez clones. Some are actually quite devout and socially conservative catholics.
About 500 inhabitants of the permanent peaceful civil resistance camps stationed in Mexico City's central square (Zócalo) marched to the Basílica de Guadalupe to implore the Virgin to intercede and make the Electoral Tribunal (TEPJF) reconsider its decision for a full recount.

It's an interesting dynamic between faith and politics here in Mexico. People don't link the two as much as they do in the US. You find many deeply faithful and socially conservative catholic people who inequivocally vote for the left every single time.
