Here, in light verse, is a wrap on the President's speech at the UN earlier this week. Hope you enjoy.
Who did the translation
When the President spoke at the United Nations,
late for his attempt at delegate manipulation,
he spoke seconds till nine-eleven exploitation,
claimed sovereignty saves a country's population
(completely ignoring the Iraq situation),
boldly asked for diplomacy, cooperation,
despite his unilateral war perpetration,
skipped insistence on torture in interrogation,
and fretted nuke-u-lar proliferation.
Although there was no gross "misunderestimation,"
we wonder, those who heard this repugnant oration,
"Who did the President Bush-to-English translation?"
