Full Disclosure:I've never been registered Dem. I'm a quasi-nonpartisan-green-libetarian. I own guns and ride dirt bikes. I've already spent my time on various moto/poli forums hassling the usual suspects...sycophants and "ad hominemers" Librul this, libby that. I don't have half the sack and I'm a total intellectual lightweight compared to our greatest liberal thinkers and the founders like...
An avidity to punish is always dangerous to liberty. It leads men to stretch, to misinterpret, and to misapply even the best of laws.
