UPDATED: I edited to take out the phone numbers.
I signed up a week or two ago to be a poll observer, but was worried that I wouldn't be able to do it because the training seemed to be in Cleveland. However, I was contacted yesterday by a Strickland campaign volunteer to confirm my interest, and received a flyer by e-mail today. E-mail quoted in full below:
Dear friends,
Thanks for your help on election day with voter protection. We've met about 1/3 of our recruitment needs, and our initial list of observers has been filed with the Franklin County Board of Elections. We have another week now to fill our recruitment targets, and we need your help to get there!
I'd like to ask each of you to deliver at least one, and ideally two, new volunteers for our effort. Let's set a goal of having these names and contact information (home address, work/home/cell #s, and email addresses...or just signup online!) in to me by close of business next Wednesday. I know that everyone has at least one friend, associate, neighbor, classmate, relative, etc. that they can call upon in this, our hour of need. Please distribute the following message and/or attachment as you see fit!
I'll be in touch in the coming days with additional information about the training sessions that we're putting together to prepare you for Election Day activities, so keep an eye on your inbox. In the meantime, ladies and gentlemen, start your Rolodexes!
Cheers,
Michael

I don't know if I can "deliver" anybody, but I figured this was one of the best places to ask! So here's the link-- click on!
