Below is what we will use as the text of the diaries when we create them before election day and before they will be of use:
This is a placeholder diary for the Election Results Live Blogging project. This diary will be used to cover the results of the following elections: TN-07, TN-09.
Comments have been disabled for this diary, and will be enabled 11/7.
If you have questions, please contact FleetAdmiralJ. See in particular this series.

Be sure to include candidates of other parties if the candidates receive (or are expected to receive) 5% of the vote or more.
At this point the tags will be expanded to include TN-07, TN-09, 2006 elections, and for Senate races, the candidates. It may be too cumbersome to add all candidates into the tags for the multi-race diaries.
It is not mandatory that the Live Blogging diaries match this outline word-for-word. If you've already gotten something short and sweet like this, use it. Also, this diary is an example of both a placeholder diary and an election day diary. The bulk of the text would be above the fold in both diaries, with comments and snark below.
