Clint Curtis just posted a YouTube ad that you don't want to miss. I'm not sure if this is going on local TV in the next few days, but I assume so. However, you can help Clint and this time it won't cost you a dime! Please watch the video, rate it up, comment on it, add it to Favorites, and then send it around to everyone you know. All those actions will help Clint get more attention.

Before you view the video, I recommend reading the following post at TPM Cafe - it will make Clint's video all the more entertaining:

FL-24: Bizarre Mystery Of Quirky Mailing And Missing Candidate

Now watch Clint's ad:

YouTube: Clint Curtis for Congress

The punchline made me laugh out loud. I thought it was very clever to use Feeney's own advertising against him. After all, he must have spent a fair chunk of change on the original flyer - why let it go to waste? ;-)

I hope you enjoy the ad, and again, I'd appreciate your help in sending it around to get more exposure. Thanks!

Add keywords that describe this diary. Separate multiple keywords with commas.
Tagging tips - Search For Tags - Browse For Tags

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

You can add a private note to this diary when hotlisting it:
Are you sure you want to remove this diary from your hotlist?
Are you sure you want to remove your recommendation? You can only recommend a diary once, so you will not be able to re-recommend it afterwards.
Rescue this diary, and add a note:

Choose where to republish this diary. The diary will be added to the queue for that group. Publish it from the queue to make it appear.

Add a quick update to your diary without changing the diary itself:

Feeney would have done better to avoid anti-Clint ads altogether. Everything he's done has backfired and given Clint more credibility and exposure.

has no credibility of his own.

Why exactly did Conyers omit his testimony from the final report?

        •  I didn't know it had been omitted. (0+ / 0-)

Bradblog's probably the best place to find the answer though. I've read a lot of Brad's links but haven't seen it mentioned.

Where am I mentioned in that pdf, or are you practicing the time honoured Bev technique of accusing any detractors of being all detractors? (btw it isn't very polite linking to a pdf without warning)

Whatever happen to Bev's lawsuit to shut this robp guy down?

What ever happened to the latest lawsuit Bev said she filed against diebold?

All bullshit it looks like considering the site is still up.

And you use the same kind of tactics, all the time on dailykos.  You attacked Clint's credibility with no reason to do so.  You immediately attack anyone who questions the voting machines.  And since you are "anonymous" how do I know you aren't using a pseudonym? (which you obviously ARE)  You obviously know who I meant by "Wally O'Diebold".  I think you are him.  Which would be that same robp.  I find it interesting that you post to almost every blog on kos that ends up with a link about someone fighting for election integrity.  You must have some sort of notification for anything with the words "diebold" or "Clint Curtis" or "voting machines".

Sorry about the link to the pdf, I'll remember to warn next time.  I know it hangs people up at times.

I don't know where her lawsuit is at this point. They take time, and I don't correspond with her.  I'll tell you what, I'll ask her.

              •  no reason to atack clints lack of credibility? (0+ / 0-)

                surely you jest?

please link to a single attack I've leveled at anyone simply questioning the voting machines.

As Bev is prone to do, you seem to like to lie, or exagerate in order to deflect. Please see the two tags you mentioned...

As you and everyone else can see not only do I not post in every diary, I have only posted in one Diebold diary in months, likewise for Con man Curtis.

The reason you don't know about the lawsuits is because they don't exist.

Bev said she was suing diebold and robp over the blackboxwatchdog site. She said she had filed the suit. She said she was filing against 16 other people she had identified as being part of an organized effort to smear her.

                All bullshit.

Ask Bev if she plans to shill for the freeps nov 8th when they claim hugo stole the election for the Dems, and ask clint why Feney's goons killed his dog to shut him up when he now claims...

"One theory Curtis offered for it was that Feeney had sent out the flyer because the Republican preferred to run against Curtis' opponent."

Oh and ask Brad why he scrubbed the flashing sirens anouncing the murder of Clints poor dog.

            •  If you hover your mouse over a link (0+ / 0-)

you will see what kind of file it is before you open it. It's a good habit to develop.

At any rate, Clint is a Democrat and Feeney a Republican. Good enough reason to support him right there. He has strong progressive stands on many issues, if election integrity isn't good enough for you.

I work on Brad Blog on occassion, and this ad makes no sense to me.  Is Feeney trying to show that despite the fact that Curtis is the better candidate that he will steal the election anyway?

These Republicans are just freaking weird.  Well, looking at Feeney and Harris... maybe it's something in the Florida water.

I'll make sure this ad is on bradblog.

    •  No one knows (0+ / 0-)

why Feeney sent out the original mailer. Since it was mailed only to Democrats prior to the Dem primary, there's some speculation its purpose was to make Dems think Clint had no primary opponent, and therefore they'd see no need to go vote, and Clint's opponent would win. Whatever the reason, Feeney certainly didn't have any success with it. Now Clint's very cleverly turned it around on him. Please let Brad know about it, I bet he'll have a laugh!
