As expected, this guy's not necessarily on board the Democratic caucus. Brian Williams quoted Joe as saying he'll caucus with his party aka the Connecticut for Lieberman party, and he's quoted by the AP as saying he'll be an "'independent senator' working to 'seek common ground for the common good' and break Washington's partisan gridlock". That's not even close to his previous promise to caucus with the Democrats.
This guy's going to be dangerous, and everyone's gonna have to give Joe the big kiss up now or he'll screw you. That means he'll get a chairmanship from the Dems regardless.
