Until Lieberman decided to become a "petitioning Democrat"...er DINO, I was on the fence about who to support. No more! Lamont has a good chance of winning. for various different reasons.
1. Schlesinger is a joke, and will not be able to get conservative support (he supports withdrawal in Iraq too...Rove will not be able to help him if "cut and run Democrats" is his theme.) He's only getting 8% in a Quinnipiac poll. He's not Chris Shays.

2. Lamont is also filthy rich, and unlike Jonathan Tasini of NY and Mark Wilson of WA, he can afford to spend against Lieberman and Schlesinger.
3. By deciding to become an Independent should he lose, Lieberman is ADMITTING weakness. Why should an 18-year incumbent is bolting from the Democratic Party if he's so secure of his re-election?
Unless Lieberman manages to win the primary, I support Lamont, and will support Lamont when he's the nominee. Lieberman has been double-crossing us for too long now ("Talk-Show Joe....anyone?)
