Now what? My hopes for the Dems first 300 days, w/ Poll

Heartfelt thanks and congratulations to all for a huge and god-sent Democratic victory. I hope, as do many of you, that this is the dawn at the end of a long, dark night.
So now what? What do YOU want to see the new Democratic majority do first? What are your priorities? Iraq?Torture? Minimum wage?
So much to do, so little time. Nancy Pelosi's plan for the first 100 days is a good start, but there is so much more. Let's start making clear to our elected representatives what we require of them now.
Here's my Top Ten Priorities for the New Congress, not necessarily in order. There's a poll for you to vote for your priorities. I know I will leave out some critical issues, so please add them in the comments. Rock on!
Nim's Top Ten Priorities for the New Democratic Congress:
1. Restore the Constitution and the Rule of Law
*restore the right of habeus corpus
*restore the limitations of the Posse Comitatus Act
on the President's ability to federalize National Guard
*ban torture by American service personnel
*limit Presidential signing statements
2. Guarantee Fair Elections
*require paper ballots
*authorize voting by mail
*investigate Diebold
*secure or eliminate electronic voting
3. Balance the Budget
*stop the deficit bleeding
*require fairness in taxation
*eliminate tax breaks for wealthy corporations
*reign in bloated, corrupt military spending
4. End the War in Iraq
*make war funding contingent on an exit strategy
*insist on a real plan for rebuilding the country
5. Raise the Minimum Wage
6. Start Fixing Health Care
*provide for universal children's health insurance
*require the government to negotiate with drug cos.
*provide real protection from predatory insurers
7. Root Out Corruption
*identify and prosecute those who protected Foley
*reform the lobbying process
*reform campaign finance
*stop the lobbyist revolving door
8. Start Issuing Subpoenas
*investigate Cheney energy policy group
*investigate Halliburton/KBR no bid contracts
*investigate 9/11, terror alerts, Homeland Security
*investigate the Iraq war, intelligence abuse
9. Pass Immigration Reform
*pass a guest worker plan that works
*provide a realistic avenue to citizenship
*cancel the border wall boondoggle
*provide incentives for legal use of migrant labor
10. Pass a Realistic Energy Policy
*recognize energy dependence as a security issue
*get serious about hydrogen, solar, wind
*pass serious incentives for alternative fuels
