Atrios ran
this post back on October 5:
Diary of a Stalker
By Donald Luskin.
-Atrios 12:45 PM
That's the sum total of the post, but still Luskin (a writer for the National Review who has been stalking Paul Krugman) ran to his lawyers crying, and is now
threatening Atrios with a lawsuit and an attempt to out his identity.
"Frivilous" doesn't begin to describe this action.
Oh, and apparently stalker Luskin and his sleazebag lawyer also have a problem with the comments thread attached to that Atrios post.
To be helpful,
here's that thread.
To be honest, I read through the thread and thought it was tame. Nowhere near as bad as the treatment I get in some wingnut forums. It just goes with the territory of publishing a partisan site.
But in any case, stalker Luskin and his dumbass sleazebag lawyer (Jeffrey J. Upton of Hanify & King P.C.) are now further publicizing the thread, spurring it to wider dissemination. They have taken it from an obscure forgotten thread almost a month old and given it new life.
Sigh. Poor little stalker Luskin and dumbass sleazebag lawyer. I'm sure this isn't going according to plan. And still, there's so much work left to do!
He needs to
go after ideological soulmate Glen Reynolds as well, as Instapundit called him a "stalker" too.
Oh, and Mr. Sleazebag Lawyer (Jeffrey J. Upton of Hanify & King P.C.) shouldn't forget to
sue Luskin as well, since he called
himself a stalker as well. Tsk, tsk. It seems the lawyer is not the only dumbass in this little drama.
But good news for the dumbass sleazebag lawyer (his email is
jju@hanify.com) -- he can now go after those guys and me as well and rack up his billable hours. Hopefully stalker Luskin has the coin in his kitty.
Update: Remember that sleazy lawyer who is threatening Atrios? He's a
BU Law alum. How embarrassing!
