Parasites and "The New Way Forward!"

What do parasites and the Bush neo-cons have in common?  Both think they can suck the life out of the host, whether it's a leach on an animal or humans devouring the resources of a people, a country, or the whole earth. Which is what we and most of the developing world are doing "hog wild in the wrong direction."

Bush, and his straightforward "double-speak" is like the head of a parasite stuck on the idea that Might makes Right.  I've heard some try and justify this by saying, "Well we'll just colonize the Moon and move on to Mars."  As if we can just go on to another "host."
So... their defense of our devouring behavior is that we are emulating a parasite?  

First of all, I am frustrated with what passes for "NEWS" these days. Thankfully we have "thoughtful men" like David Letterman who can de-construct the hype of opininistas like O'Rielly and nail him on it!
At least Dave brings up  The FACT  (remember that meaning?) that there were no Al-Quaida terrorists in Iraq until AFTER we invaded!  
So, in behaving like a parasite, Bush goes into Iraq, and brings the disease of Al Quiada Terrorism to a country that would never before have let Al Quaida on their soil!
Now the host is hemorraging under the "death throes" of the insurgency.

So, whether you refer to parasites, stirring up hornets nests, playing  Whack-a-Mole or some other metaphor, we simply CANNOT WIN at this game!!   The terrorists have no "home country" and no borders.  And what borders there are, cannot be secured.  Heck, we as the only  superpower left in the world, can't even secure our own borders, how can we dare make demands that a country with no steady electricity, water, or fuel, secure their borders!? There is no winning this game... and sadly, it's not a game.  It's impossible!

Bush seems more and more like the mad gopher hunter from Caddy Shack.  Even nuking the area will just stir up more hornets, and bigger nests.  And what right do we have to bomb an entire country that had no Al Quaida terrorists in the first place?  For that matter, what responsibility will we shirk or accept in keeping an entire population from being overwhelmed by the chaos caused by terrorists that came in after us, and are now flooding their cities?
What are these Right Wing elitist loonies thinking??
They are thinking like parasites!

And for all those who might still think that Might makes Right, then you better get the context of the big picture in a hurry. The earth is a carefully crafted harmony of existence built on the evolution of Her biodiversity.  We cannot survive or exist without it.

All those neo-cons who think we can bomb our way out of Iraq, force other nations into submission, or survive a nuclear winter, are blinded by their parasitic mentality and still believe that they can devour away to their hearts content.
No doubt Bush will come up with a New Way Forward, that is nothing more than a double paddled game of Whack-a-Mole, that stirs up twice as many hornets as we shift our parasitic anchor point from one limb to another of a dying host.   I can hear Bush saying now: "That'll learn 'em!"
