Why does the Decider have to wait for a Committee?

"Pussy" is probably what W called his dad for wimping out at Jeb's leadership gathering in Florida the other day.

No, not that kind - the kind that cries in public:

George W. Bush is a war preznit. He's the "decider". He rolled the dice on "fuck Saddam, we're taking him out." They came up snake eyes, but he decided we'd go "full speed ahead". The exact opposite of "cut and run". Heh.

Why does a Tough-guy, Decisive and Bold Leader have to wait for some namby-pmaby committee to tell him what to do about his war?

He doesn't.

He shouldn't.

He won't listen to these guys as long as we have one tank left, one soldier with all his arms and legs and one bullet in the chamber.
