I violated my own system today by removing the CA polls from the delegate totals one day before they were scheduled to be removed. I did it because apart from Dean's media bonanza, there was no change to the current information. Basically, I was ancy.
New info: Media results for 11/6
Old infor removed: Media results for 10/30, CA polls
although Gephardt is in third, just three weeks ago he was in third at 65+, not 49+. Dean is surging, and from the looks of it his surge will not stop soon. Next week he will probably get the two union endorsements, which will probably keep him in the media spotlight until at least 11/16.
Dean will probably reach the apex of his lead in late November. Gradually, the media will return its focus to other candidates, and it will be a real primary season again. Which candidate will begin to close the gap is anyone's guess, but I am starting to believe that edwards will rise in the national polls to a degree that few people currently expect.
