Wrt this whole broke-ass JoeMusal website or whatever it is, and his goons blaming bloggers for it's broke-ass status...
I've got two words to say, if they wanna play that game, cause we need to call it out on what it is.
Rovian Narrative.
Second guessing a sociopath is a bit of a useless exercise of course. But that doesn't make it less important to speculate upon when they're in charge of our frackin country.
If I were a NeoCon like Rove, who potentially would do time for the cause, what would I be scheming right now? Would I be concerned with a thing like CT, or am I just curled up at home in a ball worrying about Fitz coming back? If I were the Propagandist in Chief, where would I try to drive the narrative? Where could I take it that's dirtier and less honest than anyone's taken it before? And how could I really halt all this Netroots Momentum?
Election Fraud.
If I were Rove, what would be the essential narrative to exercising more control over the Internet, over political activism? And how could I, as is my practice, preempt the issue of election fraud?
Afterall, if me and my friends had been involved in election fraud, and were looking at the necessity of perpetrating more election fraud in order to keep everyone out of prison, what would be a good narrative to create to lubricate the carrying out of said fraud?
I think a good idea would be to accuse and possibly even convict (in some manner) liberals of some manner of election fraud or tampering, or to stage such an event. But that's not as we know how things necessarily have to work. If I'm Rove, often I have to be more nuanced than that.
So, if I couldn't go so far as to stage such an event, then I would want to create a NARRATIVE that would achieve the goals I had set out for (control over Internet/information), while only implying such an event took place.
Afterall, we are bloggers. The word itself runs shivers up dingbat spines nationwide.
The funny thing is afterall, that while the whole concept of Rover and his billionaire masters staging some sort of conspiracy (isn't the Oval Office complicitly conspiratorial?) is dismissed out of hand by our media and by all "decent, sensible, patriotic Americans"...
the idea that a bunch of broke-ass bloggers are the ones up to the grand plots... the fact that this backasswards common wisdom has any legitimacy is just a signpost for the idiocy that we call political debate here in this idiotic backwards bizzaro world we call a country.
Anyway, so what's my frackin point and why am I wasting my time? And yours?
Dunno, I just let my fingers do the walking. Talking.
Anyhow, my point is this:
If BushCo and it's sycophants want Joe Slime to win, then why is it we would think that Rove wouldn't be involved in the narrative on this whole election? Of course he would be.
I mean, come on. The chances someone actually could or would bother to hack Joe's website pale in comparison to the value of this Rovian political narrative, offered up by Joe on a platter to BushCo.
I mean really, if these jokers want to try this narrative on, let's call this what it really is:
Joe is taking part in Rove's campaign for 2006, 2008, and beyond. It's just as simple as that.
So let's hear it Joe.
We heard it from Sean Smith. I wonder if Joe has the integrity to do his own dirty work, or if this is just so much slime from his servile corner of BushCo's NeoConned CT?
