The Institute for Policy Research interviewed 333 registered -- but not necessarily likely -- Democratic and Independent voters over a two week period. MOE is +/- 5.4%. September results in parentheses.
Lieberman 18 (22)
Gephardt 14 (14)
Kucinich 12 (9)
Dean 9 (9)
Kerry 9 (8)
Sharpton 6 (6)
Clark 6 (3)
Moseley Braun 4 (6)
Edwards 1 (1)
Moseley Braun, Edwards and Clark are known to but 40-50% of the respondees; Dean and Kerry are known to barely 60%. This probably accounts for Lieberman's dominance -- his name recognition is around 90%.
