My case and diary are somewhat complicated because there are three distinct bases of negative fact patterns pertaining to the NAACP that are intertwined, as noted yesterday.
But the basic story itself is quite simple, even if flavored with hints of espionage:

- A man was jacked up (the recipient of an untoward manifestation of police overzealousness) in Jaffrey, NH.
- I was the legal HNIC (legal redress chair for the NAACP greater Nashua, NH chapter) vested with jurisdiction.
- Based on 15 years of experience in the Law dealing with these issues, I cold-busted on the haters (issued a Demand Letter for redress as contemplated by the First, Fourth and other Amendments to the U.S. and State Constitutions).... (more)
- Then when the po-po (police officers) declined our request for money on behalf of the victim, I said we were gonna' put out a 411 (hold a press conference) on police abuse.
- Then when the sucker-punk (derogative term) NAACP sold me down the river after they had "loved and supported me" in order to "protect the image" of the NAACP, the po-po (police) got paper on me; I caught a case (I was indicted for attempted felony extortion).

6. I tagged them (filed a Civil Action against) the NAACP and po-po (police) for various Constitutional claims, and the biggest newspaper in the State reported that the Police Defendant was suspended, inter alia (among other things) for holding secret files on people:

This is almost funny because if you read yesterday's entry, you will see two interesting (read: negative) comments, amidst several positive comments, but while I hate to focus on the negative, the metaphysical reductionist in me compels such an examination:
____
1. One person can't believe it would be safe to travel wherever I've been in order to speak the "Patois," to which I noted that everybody knew what "po-po" meant at the elite prep school I attended,

...and noted that some (but not much) mental agility might be required to walk the ladder of abstraction that I present.
2. Another person wrote in and said that they didn't understand what was going on, and I asked them if they understood the summary I had JPEG'd and placed in yesterday's diary entry. This person, without even answering the question, said that 'believe it or not, not everyone follows every minute detail of your life,' and threw in phrase "burst your solipsistic bubble." I had used the word "solipsism" first some weeks ago, FYI (for your information)
Naturally, I asked the person whether he had even read the summary, which I provided before he or she started to criticize.

Look: I went to state debate finals twice. I was Frederick Douglass (he was a slave turned-lawyer) Moot Court runner-up in the entire Midwest region in Black Law Students, and the competition and judging there is just as fierce, if not more intense, than the majority Moot Court. I was first in my trial tactics section at a top fitty (fifty) law school.
Obviously I can communicate rather effectively, whether certain people want to hear what I have to say is another matter. And that's fine, too -- just don't be phony about it. Others have noted that "Man, you got some haters out there" on this board. I watched Sanford and Son as a child, so we can play these semantic games all you want. But for haters -- and you know who you are -- you'll have to bring your 'A' game; otherwise I'm gonna smoke (defeat) you.
Some people get it:

Meanwhile, there are Civil Liberties being violated. I hope it doesn't happen to some of you haters, but if it does, I will laugh in your face and turn my back on you.
And then come back to help.
