islamo corporatism

Wed Aug 30, 2006 at 10:21:43 PM PDT

I first set out to do a diary on the 14 points of fascism in relation to the newly coined term "islamo fascism".

while always understanding that at the heart of a fascist state is the corporate state. & then i stumbled across this article. Another true work of art by Thom Hartmann. Those of you not farmiliar with his work it acnowledges the worldwide political spectrum and where our current american political spectrum fits in. He offers much insight.

I would encourage everyone to delve into his works on the political spectrum. Anyway - not much of a diary I know. Got caught up in reading and decided maybe i'd let the work speak for itself. as it is late night daily kos wednesday i figured what the hell.  so here you go. Have a read

  •  Whoa!! Boy is your nick appropriate in this case! (2+ / 0-)

    TOTAL cognitive dissonance

The fascist thing they're throwing out there has REALLY been pissing me off like mad lately.

I mean how fucking stupid do they think we are out here? Pot calling the kettle, so to speak. Trying to change the definition of the word, to deflect the reality of them fitting the ACTUAL definition of the word, to cut off being called out for it.

This should be the drum that we beat...truth. truth. truth.

Let's remind people what the meaning of facism is and then remind people of the corporations that govern them...

    Halliburton
    Chevron
    Bechtel
    General Electric
Good Lord, should I put on my tin foil and mention the Federal Reserve itself (oops sorry, pleeeez don't troll me...)

add a few names...and then watch the RNC twitch as they try and link us to...what...um...Target? Starbucks? um...Nike?

Excellent, MUST READ article!  Thanks cg
