Greetings!
In response to several requests from folks out of town, Eclecticity will be expanding its donations to the Dean Dozen to include internet-based sales all day Saturday (not just 7-9pm).
So, if you're in Chicago, come on in... we have lots of stuff that's not on the site.
But if you're not in Chicago, check out the website at http://www.eclec.com
In case you missed it, here's the original posting...
It's nice to own your own store and be able to decide to throw a benefit when the Democratic party needs it... and I do... so...
This Saturday night, Eclecticity, Chicago's Snazziest Store, will be donating 10% of all sales made between 7 and 9pm to the Dean Dozen. Come, bring your friends, and know that your purchases are helping progressive candidates nationwide.
We're located at 3162 North Clark Street, half-a-block from the Belmont El... and parking, oddly, is always pretty easy.
If this works out well, we'll be hosting other benefits for other candidates (Kerry and Obama come to mind rather quickly, but there's gotta be someone running against Henry Hyde who could use some help).
Anyway, come on down and help make this benefit, um, beneficial!
Thanks...
(p.s., sorry for the blatant promotion, but it's for a good cause)
