Kos Makes The Evil Liberal Cut

Congrats to Kos for making the RNC's "Defeat-o-crats" video. This is too damn funny.

The email from the RNC, included the following.

In politics, there are turning points that can define a political party for decades to come. Yesterday's defeat of Senator Joe Lieberman in the Democrat primary in Connecticut is such a moment. Because he stood for a strong national defense and victory in Iraq, Joe Lieberman was successfully targeted for defeat.

For a political party to reject a respected Senator who just six years ago was its candidate for Vice President is virtually without precedent. It speaks volumes about the new Democrat Party: if you stand for a strong defense and victory in the War on Terror, you have no place in the party and you must be purged.

Man, are these guys going to bad for Joenertia. They really must be frightened by the "W", in Connecticut that is.

The message from Connecticut is clear, and Ned Lamont isn't alone. He is joined by Rep. John Murtha, architect of the Democrats' position on Iraq and the man who wants to be the next House Majority Leader, who claims America is more dangerous than Iran and North Korea and says, "We've become the enemy." And by Howard Dean, who calls the idea of victory in Iraq "just plain wrong."

Lamon's not alone. Be scared. Be very very scared. The big bad liberals are coming. These republican'ts are such lily livered cowards, the whole lot of them.

    It is! GWB says he wanted to cut and run from Kosovo Somalia and Haiti. Promoting democracy wasn't worth the effort.

  but also worthy of concern. It doesn't take that much effort to turn a person or organization into a liability. An amazingly effective example is MoveOn.

  The Republican line on this event (as well as the demonization of blogs) is loaded with false premises that are easily countered. But they should be taken seriously and nipped in the bud.

  Kos has done well in TV appearances and in writing -- but the messengers are not too sophisticated and need a lot of 'help' getting it.

  Probably the first problem, I think, is the now widespread belief that the blogs support candidates that "move the party to the left" and wish to purge the party of moderates. The nuances here are tough to sell perhaps, but pretty crucial nonetheless.
