In an effort to emulate his mentor Vinnie Gigante, who roamed the streets of New York while awaiting trial, former Enron exec Jeffrey "The Chin" Skilling has tipped over into the realm of bizarre pre-trial behavior, according to published reports. In an act of mercy, the local constabulary has seen to it that Skilling was taken to a Manhattan hospital after several people called police saying he was pulling on their clothes and accusing them of being FBI agents.
