We can't let osama win

Partial text of osama speech, November 1, 2004

 All that we have mentioned has made it easy for us to provoke and bait this administration. All that we have to do is to send two mujahidin to the furthest point east to raise a piece of cloth on which is written al-Qaida, in order to make the generals race there to cause America to suffer human, economic, and political losses without their achieving for it anything of note other than some benefits for their private companies.

This is in addition to our having experience in using guerrilla warfare and the war of attrition to fight tyrannical superpowers, as we, alongside the mujahidin, bled Russia for 10 years, until it went bankrupt and was forced to withdraw in defeat.

<snip>

So we are continuing this policy in bleeding America to the point of bankruptcy. Allah willing, and nothing is too great for Allah.

That being said, those who say that al-Qaida has won against the administration in the White House or that the administration has lost in this war have not been precise, because when one scrutinises the results, one cannot say that al-Qaida is the sole factor in achieving those spectacular gains.

<snip>

And so it has appeared to some analysts and diplomats that the White House and us are playing as one team towards the economic goals of the United States, even if the intentions differ. <snip>

I was trying to recall this speech of Osama's & when it was delivered.  It's been haunting me for some time because the thought of that depraved maniac getting the best of our country is revolting beyond description.

How is it that fate brought together these two; Bush & Bin?  If the bait that Osama had ready was dangled in front of anyone else but Bush, I can't help but think that Osama would have gone hungry.  But Bush swallowed the whole thing; hook, line & sinker and allowed himself to be served up, with the rest of us, on a stubborn, silver platter.  It pisses me off to no end.

If the rest of our citizens don't wake up and realize that keeping this protracted war going and depleting our military strength...not to mention the depleting our financial resources, we are in for some deep shit.

The fact that we even have to be here discussing it is beyond my comprehension.  How can something so obvious be so lost to so many?  Staying the course means bin laden wins, George.  Get it?

We're not in Kansas anymore, Toto.  We've got to bring it home in November and change the course of this tragedy.

    Osoma has won. On September 11, his plan killed 3,000 innocent people. They are terrorists remember, their objective is to instill terror, this country has been in a state of fear since. One of Osoma's goals was to downgrade if not destroy the American economy. We had a surplus before 9/11, we now have the highest defecit in American history. The Bush take, they hate us because of our freedoms, well look at all of the freedoms we have had taken from us. Was the reason so they don't hate us so much? The Iraq war has created double the number of followers for Al Queda. Saddam, an enemy of Osoma sits in an Iraqi jail, no longer leader of Iraq, our bases in Saudi Arabia no more. Can some one can tell me where we are winning and Osoma is losing. We have him on the run, I understand he was always on the run, so life is not so different for him and Al Queda, but for the people of America, it has greatly changed.
