MSNBC has just reported that Senator Tim Johnson's (D-SD) condition has improved from critical to fair. There was no other information that I saw on the broadcast.
Hopefully he recovers fully. Let's continue to keep Senator Johnson and his family in our thoughts.

The South Dakota Democrat, who was rushed to the hospital on Dec. 13 and underwent emergency surgery, remains in intensive care, said his spokeswoman, Julianne Fisher.
"The senator continues to make progress," Fisher said. "The next step would be rehabilitation and we hope that would happen within the week."
There are some signs that are giving his family hope, but he still has a ways to a full recovery:
His long-term prognosis is unclear. He has been responsive to his family and physicians, following commands, squeezing his wife's hand and understanding speech
Again, let's all pray for Sen. Johnson and his family as they fight through this.

I'm really getting peeved. I cannot find any story or new information on CNN and MSNBC, even though they'd probably just buy and run the same AP story that Yahoo! News did.
It speaks volumes when I can easily find information on Suzanne Somer's Malibu home burning down but I cannot find any information on the health of a elected official of the most important representative body in the nation.

Thanks to ThunderHawk13 for the link to the Argus Leader Story on the upgrading of Sen. Johnson's condition:
Spokeswoman Julianne Fisher said this afternoon that Johnson would enter rehabilitation later this week, but remain in intensive care.
"He’s still in ICU, but he’s moved from critical to fair condition. It skipped "serious" condition, which just means things are stabilizing," she said.

MSNBC finally has the story up. Plus they have an informative video on Johnson's medical condition:
