Forget Single Payer, too. And Health Care Reform. And Universal Health Care.
Now hold up a minute, hoss. I don't mean forget "em as in "we'll never win 'em, so why bother?" To the contrary. Just look at the recent polls that've been diaried here showing that more and more everyday folks know the system is broke and they are likely to be victimized by it.
Nope, I just mean the slogans, or catch phrases or whatever they are. In their place I humbly offer an alternative branding approach to what we are fighting for: Medicare For All!
It's simple. It's comprehensible. It's comprehensive. It is based on an acknowledged success. It's (small d) democratic.
So start slipping this simple demand into arguments and articles, programs and policy statements.
