Rev. Falwell was one to attribute calamity to God's wrath and punishment for what Falwell called sin.  He was so convinced that 9-11 and Katrina was the wrath of God against an unrighteous nation that he had no qualms about attributing blame to homosexuals and secularists.  It was always a great day when Rev jerry could find some obscure reasons to cast suspecision and hate against a group of "non-christians".  There's more rant to follow....

"Take that Rev. Falwell for creating a climate of hate agaist my children.  Rev. Jerry did you not understand "judge not lest ye be judged"?  Are you so moronic that you can not understand the simple phrase to "love your enemies"?  Oh ye of little faith and huge misunderstanding!  You have spent a generation leading astray many people who otherwise might have been humble and blessed in my sight until you taught them that hate is an instrument of my glory!"

"Well I have had enough of your prudish and ridicules unforgiving ways. I am the God of love not the deeply seated hate that you so carelessly distributed on earth.  Yet you could find forgiveness for Newt the adulterer, Reagan the great deceiver and Bush the mass murderer and master of torture.  For this I can give you praise in your forgiveness BUT when you accept these sinners as a means to condemn other sinners and engender hate you have sinned twice against Me."

"Rev Falwell, there is no monopoly on truth and way to God.  You failed to understand this in your call to kill Islamists and create race hate, relgious hate and hate against non-believers."

"Rev Jerry your crimes are many and as God I forgive you.  But Rev Falwell, as the god that you have preached of and created fear of and explained the gospel of hate to so many, with great pomp, self wealth creation and hypocracy, you will know and understand that such forgiveness may not be availabe to you - it is afterall what you believed and taught about ME."

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
