I want out of this farce of a Presidency. I thought this was a country dedicated to rights like being able to challenge one's imprisonment and laws like delivering documents that are subpoena'd. Not to mention Iraq! Instead, this executive branch is run by little more than the fascist, authoritarian wing of the Republican propaganda machine. Now that I want out, a fair minded and all powerful liberal such as you would finish the damn time machine he's been working on, make copies, hand them out to the entire liberal blogosphere, and transport all 1.7 million of us back to March 2000 so we can fix everything and warn the world. Instead, you don't seem to have finished the time machine yet. Like some sort of nightmare, I was welcomed to this present reality freely but am now barred from changing said reality. I do not want to simply stay in this reality I am disgusted by and want no further part of. Since Kos doesn't seem to have perfected the time machine yet (just about every major liberal blogger is WORKING on one), then one of the other users here must help him complete it. To deny me the ability to change reality and seat President Gore is unacceptable.
This entire administration sucks. They wouldn't know what the Constitution was if it bit 'em in the ass. To Bush, "Constitutional law" is whatever Cheney spoonfeeds him. The Bush administration is full of blind conformists that are simply towing the line they've been told from the get go, with little regard to the rule of law, let alone improving this country. The amount of blind conformity that goes on in the Republican party is what fuels our current corrupt administration. The Bush administration exemplifies blind conformity, and, although I've protested, volunteered, called, and donated money, I regret not doing more to stop it. We should be allowed to delete the past six years and start over. Why should we be held hostage to the Republicans' pathetic cult of personality? The herd mentality going on with Gonzales and Rove sickens me, and I WANT OUT. Regardless of my personal experience here, EVERYONE CURRENTLY LIVING IN THIS REALITY SHOULD BE FREE TO CHANGE IT WITH A TIME MACHINE IF THEY SO WISH. Except for any authoritarians with Rs after their name. For Kos to deny us use of his time machine is downright fascist.
Since I can't build a time machine myself, my only recourse is to continue to politely bug Kos about the time machine UNTIL HE FINISHES IT. Until the time machine is completed, I don't feel comfortable using it. Is it really such a tough request to finish it? Just what kind of overlord is he, anyway? One that's taking too damn long with the machine, that's what. Meanwhile, the Bush administration continues to regard Americans (civillians and soliders alike) as little more than statistics, and the Constitution as a footnote.
DELETE THIS FREAKING REALITY, KOS. You don't want to be stuck in this one, and neither do I.
