More Tagging tips:
A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?
Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.
If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office.
CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.
Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.
Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary:
Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House.
If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state
Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries
that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
You must be a member of a group to use this feature.

Daily Gotham now has an official Act Blue Page covering NY State. Please feel free to Blog about this race on Daily Gotham. We are currently more focused on NY-13, but REALLY want to continue the sweep of NY State we began last year.

I'm definitely willing to blog about King on Daily Gotham. I think King's got a lot in common with NY-13's Fossella, so the two races could piggyback nicely. Any ideas on messaging or things we could do to coordinate efforts?

Right now just register and start blogging on DG. I am doing some focus on various races and will add NY-3 to my list to blog on. You can also do as much pushing for and linking to some key Fossella and Harrison articles (e.g. what I highlight here as well as any Daily Gotham article on Fossella).
If you can get me a handful of good NY-3 articles to highlight, I can add them to my "Articles They Don't Want You to See" effort in a week or two. In fact, next time I post it (probably Sunday) if you put some NY-3 links in the comments I can run with them.

Also, mole, what are the odds I could get a link for my blog on Daily Gotham's Blogroll? Last time I tried, you guys said the blogroll was growing too large so you'd syndicate other blog posts instead, etc.
Still, I could really use the boost to my pagerank, and there are at least a few blogs on the roll that are less regularly updated/relevant. Please let me know if you can help, thanks!

Bouldin is the Managing editor. You can talk to him. I suspect he will be down with it. If you want, you can email me and I can forward it to him with my blessings.

He's a nasty RW fascist who supported Bush's decision to ignore Bin laden and invade Iraq.
He's weak on security issues.
ATTACK the SOB. Sadly the last 2 candidates were way too passive.

King is terrible on security, but why do you say Mejias was too weak? I was generally satisfied with his lines of attack This ad is a personal favorite:
Mejias definitely hammered King on Iraq.

I said the campaign was too passive.
And what's missing from the ad is no mention of how King ignores Osama.
So King counters by talking like a tough guy and the ad's effectiveness (and it would be VERY effective IF followed up appropriately) goes out the window.
