With Bush's speech on Vietnam analogies fresh in the news I think its time to revive the true stories of his military service that got so conveniently buried by the oh so helpful (to Bush) media.
As many of those who have read my series on the visible crimes in George Bush's military records know, once george Bush's records are put in order, the reason they scrambled them up and dumped them on a Friday afternoon is very obvious: they were trying to hide something. (well, duh)
the media missed competely the fact that nobody scrambles up a record theyre proud of and then dumps it with no explanation--its what you do when youre trying to hide something.
I have been studying the Bush military papers since they came out, have diaried extensively on them and tonight's diary will show just one of the many crimes easily visible in Bush's record: his embezzlement of federal funds by taking pay for work he didn't perform--could not have performed because he was suspended from doing it.
I want to start by saying that the crimes and irregularities in Bush's records don't take an expert to understand, its all in plain English. And much of it is hidden right out in plain sight, where the Bush administration knows positively that their compliant and buffaloed media willl never look at it.
Through expert misdirection, the American people have gotten an entirely phoney "accounting" of Bush's military time, during which, almost none of the important things have been talkd about, the crimes covered up. Its old news, nothing to look at here. Their handling of this topic has been superb and the Amwerican public will never know how much theyve been scammed.
Most people believe that george Bush "gamed his way out of the system," but the truth is he didn't--his superiors gamed his way out for him. Only they could have done it, and they DID do it,. through evasion of their duties, fraud and falsification of federal documents.
The complexities are too much to go into in one diary but as background, let me say that Bush's military problems revolve around the reasons for his suspension from flying. Bush's supporters lies about the F102 going obsolete and other lies, tho they may shout them fiercely, are all BS. The F102 going obsolete had nothing to do with the fraud and chicanery I'm going to show you now and please remember, this is only oe piece of a huge puzzle.
but I want to show you how easy the crimes are to figure out and I'm going to start with one of the most obvious ones: embezzlement. george Bush embezzled federal money when he signed the checks for pay, with flight pay, that he could not have done because he was suspended from doing it.
To start with, lets look at one of the most important regulations concerning his suspension: AFM 35-13, para 2-11. http://www.glcq.com/...
"The original flying order that placed a rated officer on flying status to fly regularly and frequently will remain valid untill the officer....d) is suspended from flying status under para 2-29m..."
George Bush was suspended from flying under para 2-29m on August 1st, 1972 (see: http://users.cis.net/... "...on Aug 1st, 1972...") That means that the flying order that put Bush on flight status was invalid when he was suspended under para 2-29m for failing to take his physical. That meant he was taken off flight status. And that meant his flight pay should have ended--but it didn't. You don't continue to get flight pay when youve been removed from flight status, its illegal--except if your name is George Bush.
The way his superiors kept from disciplining Bush when he refused to take his physical was, instead of convening a flight board when he didn't take his physical as they were required to do, to keep him listed--and paid-- as a pilot on flight status untill they could get him an "honorable" discharge. George Bush "ghosted" for his last 18 months: continuing to take pay, with flight pay, after he had been suspended from flying, when he was on the rolls of no unit at all.
(Note that, in agreement with this, his discharge shows NO medals at all and has "NONE" in his qualifications box, in addition to a statement saying he had completed 5 years 4 months and 5 days of a 6 year commitment. http://users.cis.net/... The TXANG didn't want him showing this discharge proudly, although he does.)
In this document, http://www.glcq.com/... personnel officer Rufus Martin falsifies Bush's flight status as "pilot on-fly": "certified correct." But George Bush didn't fly at all this whole year and was suspended (under 2-29m) for the last 8 months of it--which Martin knew well because his signature is also on Col Hodges Confirmation of it: http://www.glcq.com/... If Bush was listed as "Pilot on fly" he was paid for that--falsely. This is the only certification of Bush as "on'fly" but there's no certification for him at all in his records after May 1973 and there's no document showing him removed from flight status.
Go back and read para 2-11 again--its very clear that someone is removed from flight status when he's suspended under 2-29m. Yet this is not what happened to george Bush: he was kept listed--and paid--as a pilot with flight pay for 52 more days after his suspension, untill his discharge in Oct 73. (pay records: http://news.findlaw.com/...
Martin gives him credit for time when he was on the rolls of NO unit at all. The 111th, his home unit states unequivocally he wss not there this whole year: http://users.cis.net/... "has not been observed at this unit during the period of report"(May 72-73)
The Alabama unit has ALWAYS denied he was there at all and state firmly that their records do not show him there--therefore he was never paid through them or on their authorization.
So how did George Bush get paid this year: pilots pay, with flight pay, when he wss on the rolls of no unit at all?
If your answer to that is: "illegally," go to the head of the class. There's a lot more about this, it gets worse for Bush. Martin falsely certifies him to be a "pilot on'fly" this year when he plainly wasn't. That means that all the points he earned this year are false because he wasn't a pilot "on-fly." and that means his "honorable" discharge is also false because it is based on days and points supposedly earned this year.
This is fraud!! Its also embezzlement. George Bush knew he wasn't flying to earn the flight pay he was banking--there's no way he wouldn't have known. Yet george Bush kept cashing the checks with that extra flight pay for a year after he was suspended from flying. Thats hjow george Bush embezzled federal funds: wiht the help of his corrupt superiors.
I don't think for one moment this will ever be looked at or investigated. If the federal government wouldn't investigate allegedly forged military documents with letterhead of a TXANG unit, purporting to be TXANG business, signed full signature by a commander of a federal unit, that if forged, libel their commander in chief ( http://news.findlaw.com/... ) then theyre not going to look at anything at all.
you know that CBS held an investigation of TXANG papers to see if they could authenticate them---but the TXANG never did?? Nobody thinks thats suspicious?
