Words/Phrases to Stop Using - Taken to a "Whole New Level"

Maybe I don't have enough to do, but there are certain words and phrases that just send me to a place that I'd rather not go.
It may be better to save a post like this for the end of the year, when we collectively and arbitrarily mark time. But I'd like to have "closure" on some of these things sooner rather than later.
- A whole new level
Usually used as 'person X has taken issue Y to a whole new level.' What does that mean? Nothing. It's a meaningless thing to say.
- Closure
We should have been finished with this word long ago. Let's move on from "closure."
- Disrespect (as an active verb)
As in, "Don't disrespect me!" In this instance, you're giving your antagonist way too much power over you. Perhaps the person in question might be showing you disrespect in some way, but you probably shouldn't care about even that.
- Kick it up a notch!
If you're not Emeril, stop it. You know what? Even if you are Emeril, please stop it!
- Robust
This word should be used only when describing coffee. Ever.
- This is 2007! We should be past X!
When you are reduced to stating what year or decade we're in, I'm going to ignore anything else you say afterward. I have a calendar. Thanks anyway.
- We're pregnant!
No, you're not! Unless you're both going to gain 50 pounds and shit a watermelon, only she is pregnant.
Sticks and stones can break my bones, but certain words and phrases drive me batshit crazy. Feel free to add your own below.
