As in the MEDIA.
And some Democrats as well?
(Ahh ... I yearn for the days it used to be Bush wearing the bullseye.)
Or are they all one and the same, like a huge neverending Starbucks nightmare? One on every corner. (Here in Manhattan ... just about.)
Alas, alack ... there's no way to waste American stupidity. <sigh>
Its too crafty to catch. One week "they" poll rather smart, the next week dumb and then dumber. All on the same rather important issue, as in just like ... uh ... just a WAR!
Can you believe all those young 'uns going for Edwards? Yet, that fool blithely led us into a war which could still mean a draft for them. Will his pearly whites deflect mortars?
Should we whack Kucinich while were at it, just for good measure?
Wow.
Carville said Dean had "mad mouth disease" just a few hours before the caucus. Nice. Yet he glowed for Kerry. And Edwards. He and Begala tittered over Novaks and Tuckie's insults aimed at ___. (Starts with D, rhymes with mean.) Tucks just now saying voters in primaries didnt go for Dean because they arent STUPID. (Now this aint Tucker from the right on Crossfire, this is just post caucus commentary from CNN.) Judy Woodruff looks gleeful. Howard NOT Fineman was snickering on MSNBC. Joe Klein's out there naysaying.
We have all been painfully aware that the press has been far more negative toward Dean, as an AP piece (home of the infamous Pickler) noted, citing a study which showed almost twice as many sour notes for Dean as for the others.
Well -- bright spot --Howard was super on Matthews just before. He answered the shit questions well. (It appears Howard needs a family like Edwards or Kerry to be presidential material.) Good and confident in his speech with the campaigners too.
We have to hang in there and fight back. I wrote 2 angry emails to the media tonight, and that isnt nearly enough.
Angry is good sometimes.
