Who?
Mister Full deck himself, Ace of Spades.
The fiscal conservatives are cracking up over Huckabee. I figured they would, but here's what I didn't expect.
Not that what one blogger thinks matters that much, but if Huckabee gets the nomination, I'm voting Democratic. It's not just an idle threat; I just won't vote for him and in fact won't even vote third party or stay home. I'll vote for the Democratic candidate, even Hillary. I won't be a party to selling out everything the party is supposed to stand for to a liberal ideology. If we're going to have eight years of liberal rule, I'd rather the Democratic Party be governing, so at least they can take the blame.
And, quite frankly, Hillary is to the right of Huckabee on most issues, if only because she's politically afraid to do the kind of crap Huckabee does and dream of doing at night. She couldn't afford to be as soft as Iran as Huckabee would.
And I don't think I'm alone on this.
Ain't that freaky?
Greatest hits from the comment thread after the jump.
My carpel tunnel is flaring up so I can't type a whole lot, but this is too much fun to not share.
I wonder if he'll continue to apply the Do Unto Others if Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Jerusalem get vaporized.
M'eh ... I'll vote for the Libertarian Party, just to give them that false sense of impending victory in the next election cycle.
The problem will be if the choice comes down to Obama versus Huckabee.
God Himself will have to scratch His head and ponder.

Same here. The comfy chair really doesn't work well with loons and tyrants. As much as I loath Hillary, I don't think she's as naive as this guy. I also believe she'd pull the trigger if necessary - maybe for the wrong reasons (polling tells her its OK), but I believe she'd actually do it.
I would remind you that the Democrats are sure to raise taxes, stock the court with more liberal judges, give us mandated government run health care, make policy based on the cult of Al Gore, do nothing good about illegal immigration and in general continue to try to lose the WoT. For starters.
GOD DAMMIT.
Huckleberry wants higher taxes, stacked courts, government health care, carbon cap & trade, amnesty for illegals, and a lost war on terror.
What the bloody hell?
No, seriously. No, really.
He has said his religious convictions compel him toward being soft on illegals. And he's said his religious convictions are that we must be a stewards of the earth and stop global warming.
He wants to stop waterboarding, close down Gitmo, and use diplomacy with Iran - A.K.A. lose the fucking war on terror.
"I don't believe you".
Goody for you. I give right the fuck up.
Democracy - good and hard. The belief people know what they want and deserve to get it, good and hard. You got it coming. We all warned you. Bend your ass over and try to relax. It only hurts the first few times.
I'm gonna call Rosetta Stone Learning Software and see if they have a CD that can teach me to speak Australian, just in case.
Hey, I said yesterday that if South Carolina goes for the Huckster, I'm getting a Hillary! sticker for my car, and if it looks like Oprah may have a shot of getting Obama nominated, I'm going to volunteer for the Hillary! campaign. Unbelievable.
I think Hillary would make a better president than Huck and if it came to it I would probably vote that way. This guy looks like Carter II imo. The world is still quite dangerous and we can't afford to elect a retarded minister president. Even as VP it is a little troubling.
If Huck is the nominee, I'll have to take a look at what's best for the country, not party.
As much as it pains me, at this point I think Huck is worse for the country and the party than Hillary would be. If it's Obama, then I don't think there's much practical difference between him Huck.
I guess judges would be the big difference and while I know a Democrat would be horribly on that, I can't say for sure Huck would be much, if any, better.
This might be my favorite:
Im planning on sitting this one out.
Unless Hunter or Thompson come out of nowhere. Which im not really counting on.
p.s. Thanks alot Jesus.
I will not vote Huckabee. I'll vote Ron Paul before I vote for Jimmy Carter 2.0
I am with you on this one. It is painful to say, but you are so right - we (conservatives) would be so much better off with a real liberal as President than an "uber-Christian social con" who wants a Nanny state and is more naive on foreign policy than my two year old son. His statements about Iran, for example, could easily have come out of Jimmy Carter or Sean Penn's mouth. Even Hillary, shrewd enough to know that she actually would have to govern were she elected, would not issue such useless pabulum like implementing the Golden Rule with respect to foreign policy.
The Republican party needs to implode and the conservative movement needs to start from scratch if Huckabee wins the nomination.
There's lots more where that came from. There's 300 more at redstate where the same thing is happening.
It's going to be a good day. I can tell already.
