Even though I am opposed to Hillary Rodham Clinton's bid for the presidency, there are many things about her that are worthy of praise. In light of the "warm praise" that Senator Bob Kerrey gave to Senator Obama, I thought I would write down some things about Hillary Rodham Clinton that I think are praiseworthy. Since the Clinton Collective is so supportive of Senator Kerrey's efforts, I am sure it will appreciate my efforts on behalf of Hillary Rodham Clinton
First, I appreciate very much the fact that Hillary Rodham Clinton has for her whole professional life been an ultra feminist. Rodham Clinton's entire career can be characterized as advocating taking rights and financial resources from men and giving them to women. While some people may characterize Hillary Rodham Clinton'attitude as being driven by a hatred of men, I disagree. Hillary Rodham Clinton does not hate men, she only wants to transfer their rights and wealth to women because of her love of women. I believe that Hillary Rodham Clinton learned to favor the legal rights of women over men at Swathmore college, the ultra elite all women's college that she attended. Why Hillary Rodham Clinton has such a high regard for women that for a long time she refused to use her husband's last name.
One outgrowth of Hillary Rodham Clinton's support for women's legal rights is her strong support for abortion on demand. If elected, Hillary Rodham Clinton will do everything possible to encourage women to have abortions regardless of how far along the pregnancy is and or the age of the pregnant woman. Ultimately, we can be sure that Hillary Rodham Clinton will appoint judges that will support her effort to take the legal rights and financial resources from men and insure abortion on demand for every woman.
Second, I appreciate Hillary Rodham Clinton's warm embrace of lesbians. I know that Hillary Rodham Clinton has many lesbian friends and that she is intimately involved in every aspect of lesbianism. Through these intimate friendships, Rodham Clinton has obtained a personal understanding of, and experience with, lesbianism. Furthermore, I know that Hillary Rodham Clinton will appoint many of her intimate lesbian friends as judges and to serve high positions throughout her administration. These intimate lesbian friends of Hillary Rodham Clinton will promote the rights of lesbians everywhere and insure that the lesbian agenda is advanced throughout our government.
Third, I appreciate Hillary Rodham Clinton's business acumen. We should not forget that Hillary Rodham Clinton took a small $1000.00 investment and turned it into $100,000.00 in a very short period of time. While some people suggested in the 1990s that that kind of astounding return in such a short time period was the result of insider knowledge, I disagree. Hillary Rodham Clinton is an extraordinary women with a deep understanding of the complicated endeavor of commodities trading. Also, some people would point to the fact that the White Water real estate deal lost money to challenge the assertion that Hillary Rodham Clinton is business savvy. However, I disagree. After all, Walmart would not have put her on the board of directors if they were not completely satisfied that Rodham Clinton was a smart business woman.
Finally, I appreciate Hillary Rodham Clinton's loyalty. Few woman would have stood by her husband the way she did despite that fact that he repeatedly humiliated her. When there were multiple "bimbo eruptions" in the 1992 campaign, the phrase that the Clinton campaign privately used for when the many times Bill cheated on Hillary Rodham Clinton became public, Ms. Rodham Clinton loyally stood by her husband. Then, when Bill had White House sex with a barely legal intern who was working, indirectly, for the President at the time, Hillary Rodham Clinton stood by Bill. Even the fact that Bill lied to her face and to the American public and denied that he had sex with the young intern, did not prevent Hillary Rodham Clinton from staying with Bill. Some people have said that Hillary Rodham Clinton only stayed with Bill in order to protect her political career. I disagree. Even though Hillary Rodham Clinton has always planned to follow Bill in the White House, there is no reason to suspect that she had any political motive in ignoring the repeated humiliations she suffered by the actions of her husband.
So, there you have it. I know that many of you, particularly in the Clinton Collective, will be baffled why I do not just endorse Hillary Rodham Clinton after giving her such warm praise. After all, who could not support a candidate who supports the rights of women, opposes discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, understands business and is loyal. Yes, despite these fine attributes of Hillary Rodham Clinton, I still oppose her candidacy. However, one should never be afraid to say something nice about a political opponent.
