The two major justifications for the shooting of the Brazilian electrician: a) that he was wearing a bulky jacket on a hot day which aroused suspicion; and b) that he jumped the turnstile to evade police, have now been demonstrated as false:

So why WAS he shot? The family is demanding answers.
If these two linchpin "facts" were not true, then this brings up the obvious question of how the cops came to concoct this story immediately after the shooting, knowing these details would be on page 1 and any "corrections" would receive far less play. A criminal coverup of an unnecessary shooting ought to be a crime in itself, no? (Although I am not familair with British law.)
I wish the family well and fervently hope there is a complete, honest and thorough investigation.
