Isn't it interesting how Dr. Dean was so intent on hitting $1.5M in the last week but had to remove the goal from his website?
The fact is that most Democrats are clearly apprehensive about Dean's candidacy. This includes elected officials and other important insiders. Many are afraid to endorse other candidates at this juncture because they think Dean might win the nomination and be spiteful.
The fact is that Howard Dean will drag the Democratic Party down, and quickly. With him at the top of a ticket, Senate seats in Alaska, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Louisiana will certainly be lost and Illinois and Arkansas might also. House seats accross the South will also be lost. This will leave the Republicans with a 57-42-1 margin in the Senate, close to being able to steamroll all conservative measures. The House would also be approximately 260-174-1, meaning an end to progressivism as we know it in America.
That's the sad truth about the Gov.
